GLITCH WEAR — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Sale items, accessories, and undergarments are final sale and not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at officialglitchwear01@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

4. Exchanges
