2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods (sales, new drops, holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following:

  • 🇵🇰 Pakistan — Nationwide delivery
  • 🌍 International — Select countries worldwide

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.


5. Free Shipping

We periodically offer free shipping promotions. Eligibility and minimum order thresholds will be clearly communicated on the website or at checkout during the promotional period.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For domestic (Pakistan) orders, all applicable taxes are included or shown at checkout.
  • For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival in your country.
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Glitch Wear.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Glitch Wear is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at officialglitchwear01@gmail.com — we can only make changes within 12 hours of order placement.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your building reception.
  • If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
  • Glitch Wear is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier or stolen after delivery.

10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s)

  3. Include your order number in the subject line

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Glitch Wear is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions or strikes
  • Customs holds
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
